At Go-Care we specialize in treating a variety of urgent medical needs. These include colds, cough and flu, minor scrapes, cuts and burns, sprains, strains and fractures. Our physicians are skilled in medical diagnosis and triage, and will arrange for a higher level of care if necessary.

If you have a commercial insurance company, you should bring your insurance card so we can secure payment from your insurance company. Treatment for some conditions may interfere with your chronic medical concerns, so bringing a list of your current medications may be helpful. Also, bring a picture ID. Note that a parent or legal guardian must accompany any patient under the age of 18.

Yes, all locations have x-ray machines in the practice.

Our goal is to have our patients seen by a physician with minimal waiting time. We aim to have our patients seen and treatment underway within 20 minutes. Often, you will be able to be seen and on your way within an hour or so.

We recommend that you follow up with your primary care physician shortly after your visit. Oftentimes your medical problem will necessitate follow up with a specialist, and our physicians will assist you in determining the appropriate specialist with whom to follow up. If you have trouble with follow up, you can call us and we can offer recommendations or see you again for a recheck.

At Go-Care, all major commercial insurance carriers are accepted, as well as Worker’s Compensation, Auto Insurance and cash or check. A list of participating insurance providers is available on the How to Pay page.

Your copayment, as determined by your insurance policy, is due at the time of your visit. If paying by cash, without insurance, payment is due at the time of service. Special arrangements can be made if you are unable to pay in full at the time of service.

Yes. If we do not participate with your insurance, then you will be responsible for the bill for services rendered. Cash, check, or credit card is accepted.

We do our best to work with your insurance provider. We will bill your insurance for you, however, if payment is declined, you are ultimately responsible for your bill. If necessary, we can provide you with a copy of your receipt for you to submit to your insurance carrier, who may reimburse you for expenses.
